Terms of Service

1. Service

PulseNode provides hosted VPS/server monitoring for small teams. The service collects operational metrics from installed agents and presents dashboards, history, and alerts.

2. Beta Status

PulseNode is offered as a closed beta. Features, limits, pricing, and availability may change. We will make reasonable efforts to avoid breaking existing beta customers without notice.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account, agent tokens, server credentials, and notification credentials secure. You must only monitor systems you own or are authorized to operate.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use PulseNode to attack, scan, spam, overload, or interfere with third-party systems. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or create operational risk.

5. Payments And Cancellation

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. You can cancel at any time. Refund handling is described in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

6. Availability

During beta, PulseNode is provided with a light availability target and incident communication, but no formal uptime guarantee, service credits, or damages for downtime. See the Support and Beta SLA Policy.

7. Liability

PulseNode is not a replacement for backups, incident response, or production operations ownership. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the previous month.
