You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Lemon Squeezy customer portal or by contacting support.
Founder Beta Refunds
If PulseNode does not work for your beta use case, contact us within 14 days of your first payment and we will review a refund request in good faith.
No Service Credits During Beta
The beta does not include formal service credits. Incident communication and support targets are described in the support policy.
