Data We Process

PulseNode processes account email, subscription status, server names/descriptions, agent metadata, operational metrics, Docker container labels, open port data, alert rules, notification settings, and support messages you send us.

Why We Process It

We process data to provide monitoring, alerts, account access, billing integration, abuse prevention, support, security, and service reliability.

Sensitive Operational Data

Docker names, images, open ports, and server labels may reveal topology. Treat PulseNode as sensitive infrastructure software and only add systems you are authorized to monitor.

Retention

Metric history is retained according to plan limits and service configuration. Account, billing, and support records may be retained as needed for operations, legal, tax, and abuse-prevention purposes.

Subprocessors

We use subprocessors listed at Subprocessors. Lemon Squeezy handles payments as merchant of record. A beta DPA template is available for review.

EU/UK Requests

For access, export, correction, or deletion requests, contact support@pulsenode.space. We will respond using a reasonable beta process and will document any legal retention constraints.
