Data Processing Addendum Template

Roles

The customer is the controller for personal data they choose to submit to PulseNode. PulseNode acts as processor for hosted monitoring data and as independent controller for account, billing, abuse-prevention, and support records where applicable.

Processing Subject Matter

Hosted VPS/server monitoring, alert delivery, customer setup, account administration, support, security, and abuse prevention.

Categories Of Data

Account email, server names/descriptions, operational metrics, Docker/container labels, open port labels, alert rules, notification settings, support correspondence, and billing/subscription metadata.

Subprocessors

Current subprocessors are listed at Subprocessors. Material changes should be communicated to beta customers before public launch process is finalized.

Security Measures

Agent tokens are hashed at rest, raw tokens are shown once, browser sessions use signed cookies, ingest requests are rate-limited and body-limited, and production deployments require HTTPS.
